Collectif Walden

Collectief Walden is a group of artists and thinkers who want to learn how to guide us through the ecological crisis. We create theatrical, site-responsive nonfiction works in nature or public spaces. We are linguistically and content-driven, but within the performing arts landscape, our “ecological niche” is primarily defined by our installation and architectural images and (sometimes literally) immersive audience experiences. In addition to performances, we create installations and design meeting spaces. In both of these forms of expression, we provide theatrical programs filled with music, interviews, lectures, stories, and audio walks.
